This training will explores these challenges and teaches women how to think and behave strategically when meeting leadership's demands. The learning experience combines individual leadership assessment, experiential learning, and frank discussion about obstacles in the workplace with a facilitated process for professional development and career planning. We’ll learn : Perception of  leadership skills and the perceptions of  key constituents, Organizations culture and  impacts success, Align  leadership skills with  organizational culture, The choices and trade-offs that may be necessary to attain, regain, or maintain work/life balance.

Outline :
1.      The business case for women's leadership role in the 21st century
2.      Organizational culture and its impact on performance, power, relationships, and effective leadership behaviors
3.      Values, assumptions, and actions concerning achievement and competition
4.      Your influence style and how it enables you to get your agenda accepted by senior management
5.      Lessons women have learned that enabled them to be credible, powerful executives
6.      Building alliances that promote organizational and personal knowledge
7.      Career success factors and "derailers"
8.      How to get ongoing performance feedback that supports leadership development
9.      How to balance professional and personal goals
